Part of that commitment is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from SOSMEDICALONLINE.COM. If you would like to make a return or exchange please call 1-800-863-1769 or email us at returns@sosmedicalonline.com.
All items must be returned directly to SOSMEDICALONLINE.COM in a shipping box along with the original product packaging and materials**. Returned items must be undamaged and in new condition. If a returned item shows any sign of wear or use no refund will be made and the customer will be charged a $15.00 handling fee. ** If an item is returned to the manufacturer or returned without the original packaging and materials you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Return Period
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and must contain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service at 1-800-863-1769. All refunds will be processed in a timely manner following receipt and inspection of the returned item after subtracting a 15% restocking fee. ** Any return made without an RMA number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Any items that are damaged due to customer use or abuse are non-returnable. Additionally, due to safety and health guidelines some items are non-returnable such as cold therapy devices and disposable pads. Please reference the Non-Returnable warning on the product page before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges will be allowed for items of similar function and purpose. To make an exchange please contact customer service at 1-800-863-1769 in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All exchanges must meet the guidelines of our return policy and must be made within the product return period as mentioned above. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges unless an item is exchanged without an RMA in which case a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Non-Returnable items may not be exchanged.
We cannot guarantee the proper sizing of any item purchased on SOSMEDICALONLINE.COM. All sizing recommendations are made by the manufacturer and should be carefully determined before placing your order.
Warranty Information
Following the return period if a product fails to perform its intended function or purpose and the item is protected under warranty from the manufacturer please contact SOSMEDICALONLINE.COM at 1-800-863-1769 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM TO THE MANUFACTURER. Upon receipt of the RMA the item under warranty must be returned to SOSMEDICALONLINE.COM. ** Any return made without an RMA number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling
When returning, exchanging or replacing a product under warranty to SOSMEDICALONLINE.COM you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees unless the item is incorrect or found to be defective within the return period. Any shipping and handling fees SOSMEDICALONLINE.COM incurs from your refusal of a package will be charged to the credit card used to purchase the refused item. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred due to the exchange of an item and its replacement.
